The Paul D. Wickre Memorial Concert Fund was established in 1973 by Mrs. Wickre, their daughter Paula Karen and their son Paul Kevin, and his many friends. Tribute is paid in this way to a loyal churchman, a lover and patorn of the arts, a Christian gentleman.
